"I think it's been 2 years ago I began going to the gym. I was at my heaviest weight and not feeling the best about myself. I only observed Tina's class while walking on the treadmill, rowing or while on the elliptical, so I could slowly get back to exercising. Every week I observed so much positive energy & encouragement for all who entered. No judgement. I was fearful as I could not even do a sit-up.
